We are an independent retailer of Path Group UK products.

All of our full time staff are knowledgeable in the products we sell and are dedicated to the business; ensuring customer satisfaction is number one on their list of priorities. We also have access to technical experts at Path Group UK who are able to provide up to the minute information on the use of all products and assist you in gaining maximum benefit from them.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just search or browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy by clicking its 'Add to Cart' button.

Each time you add a product to your cart so you will be briefly shown its contents. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'

You will now be shown a confirmation page and given the opportunity to change the order quantities or delete items you do not need.

Click 'Continue' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When you have entered your shipping details, you will be passed over to a secure website to enter your credit card details. The following major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Credit Cards

Finally, you will be returned to scartplug.com and given a confirmation number. Please print this out or write it down for later reference. You will also be emailed with details of your order - including your reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation of payment seperately within a few hours, please contact us with your reference number.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Note: We ship to delivery addresses in the the UK and Ireland only.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All items listed on sale, on special prices, half price, clearance and bargain prices, are sold on a first come first served basis. Once the items are sold out and an order is received later, we may either offer an alternative item or cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the item. We may withdraw any item from sale or special offer at any time.
Shipping And Handling
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses.

For orders over Ј25, shipping will be free of charge. Orders below Ј25 will have Ј3.95 postage and packing added at the checkout.

Delivery to other areas will incur additional charges (e-mail us if you require a quotation).
Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of cleared payment. However, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery, depending upon the delivery method chosen. Delivery to the outlying areas of Scotland, and Islands off the mainland may take a few extra days.

International orders (where allowed) will be despatched within 3 business days via courier service only.

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.

If we supplied you with a product other than ordered it is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. scartplug.com will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
Back Orders
If scartplug.com or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Should an item become unavailable due to discontinuation or long lead time, we will offer you an alternative or refund its value in full.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT has been added..
Credit Card Security
Payments made to scartplug.com will appear on your credit card statement as 'www.blueshell.co.uk'

We have teamed up with Protx to process your credit card payments.

When you checkout, you will be re-directed to a secure site operated by Protx who will receive your card details, and process them for us. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

This system protects you, and us, as your credit card details are never received by our website and hence cannot be seen by anyone within our company or our hosting partners.

We're confident you'll enjoy your purchases but if for any reason you wish to return something, we'll happily exchange it or refund your money subject to the conditions below.

1. You must email us with details of the return within 14 days of receipt
2. Goods must be returned to us (see returns policy) within 21 days of receipt.
3. Goods must be unused and returned in a resalable condition. We will not accept returns of items without their orignal packaging without prior approval.
4. We are not able to accept returns of special order items, custom made items (including special order cables), personalised items, books, CD's or videos (where the seal has been broken), nor are we able to cancel or refund such items.
5. We are only able to refund the cost of return postage where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The manufacturers guarantee will apply to all items reported to be faulty after 14 days from delivery. All our products carry full manufacturers' warranty. Full details on request.

scartplug.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

When ordering goods from our site or subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to accept occasional emails or other forms of communications from us. You will have the right to opt out within such communications.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products excluding special order items bought on this site. All we ask, is all product you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned products we will refund you payment within 7 days where possible but please allow up to 30 days in all cases. All refunds exclude original postage costs and your return postage costs.

NOTE: Special order items are made specifically for your requirements and as such are not re-sellable. Therefore you may not return such items in the event that you decide you do not wish to use them or have incorrectly ordered. Your warranty is unaffected by this clause.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

All goods must be received within 14 days of notification of your wish to cancel. In all cases it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back 'as new' but incomplete with missing components and accessories will incur charges. Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you without credit.

You must request an RMA number prior to returning any item. This can be done via email quoting your order number, address and postcode plus details of the items you wish to return. We will only issue RMA numbers on recognised purchases. If goods are sent back to us without an RMA number then it is unlikely that we will be able to trace it.and issue you with a refund.

Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the packaging and a slip of paper with this on together with the items that you are returning in the original packaging or equivalent.

Ensure that the packaging is adequate to prevent damage in transit and do please obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in returned post, ie the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We process returns immediately they arrive however, during exceptionally busy periods please allow 5 working days for your returned items to be processed and refunded.
